BlazeXpress publishes a typical delivery estimate of 60–90 minutes, with city-specific estimates on its service-area pages. These are planning estimates rather than a guaranteed arrival time. Preparation, address eligibility, demand, traffic, and weather can affect the window.
What are the operating hours?
Delivery runs daily from 1 PM to 8 PM. The same-day cutoff is 7 PM; orders after the cutoff may move to the following day. The store and customer service are open from 9 AM to 9 PM. These details were reconfirmed by the owner on October 6, 2026.
Does ordering earlier guarantee a particular time?
No. A same-day service window is different from an appointment. Contact the team at (413) 412-8525 if a delivery time matters to your plans, and use the current estimate for your confirmed order.
Is there an express delivery charge?
BlazeXpress delivery is free. The published zone minimums are $50, $75, and $95. An earlier version of this article described a paid express service; that description did not match the confirmed service and has been removed.
What information helps avoid a missed delivery?
Provide the complete eligible address, apartment number, and access instructions. Be available to receive your own order with valid government-issued photo ID. Do not assume a delivery can be left unattended.
